About the Role
The Kethelo Group is seeking reliable and efficient Pickers and Packers to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products, fulfilling orders, managing stock, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing:
- Accurately pick products from inventory shelves based on customer orders or packing lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transportation.
- Label packages correctly and ensure that all items in an order are accurately accounted for.
- Order Fulfilment:
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery.
- Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in order processing.
- Stock Management:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize stock in designated areas and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
