Ensuring the consistent quality and reliability of our diverse product portfolio by implementing robust quality systems, applying effective quality control measures across our various manufacturing processes, and proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.

Taking lead responsibility for the successful development, implementation, and ultimately, certification of an IATF 16949 Quality

Overseeing the continuous implementation and improvement of our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems within each of our manufacturing areas. This includes ensuring consistent adherence to these standards and achieving positive outcomes during certification and surveillance audits.

Leading the company-wide utilization of SPC methodologies and other relevant quality monitoring tools tailored to each manufacturing process. The expected output is data-driven insights leading to measurable process improvements and reduced variation.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust risk management framework across the organization, with a focus on identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring quality-related and broader operational risks that could impact business continuity, product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This includes facilitating risk assessments, developing risk registers, and tracking mitigation actions.

Generating and presenting regular, insightful reports on quality performance across all manufacturing areas. These reports should highlight trends, identify areas for improvement, and support informed decision-making by management.

Ensuring that all our manufacturing processes and products comply with relevant regulatory and customer-specific quality requirements applicable to our diverse product lines, including high voltage equipment, moulded products, electrical assemblies, and salt chlorinators.

Analyzing quality data from all manufacturing processes to identify trends and leading the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions. Measurable improvements in key quality performance indicators are the expected results.

Managing relationships with suppliers to guarantee the quality of all incoming materials and components used in our various manufacturing processes. The expected output is a consistent supply of high-quality materials that meet our specifications and minimize disruptions to production.

Implementing and enforcing robust quality control measures at each stage of production across all departments. Success will be reflected in consistently high-quality outputs that meet or exceed specifications for everything from raw materials to finished High Voltage Ring Main Units and functional Salt Chlorinators.

Qualification & Skills

Quality Management, or a related field qualification

Relevant certification or training in risk management is a plus.

Five plus years of demonstrable experience in a Quality Management role within a multi-faceted manufacturing environment.

Extensive experience in the practical application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and a broad range of quality tools applicable to injection moulding, metal pressings, fabrication, and assembly processes.

Experience in industries relevant to our operations (e.g., electrical equipment, plastics manufacturing, metal fabrication) would be highly advantageous.

Proven track record of successfully maintaining IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems across diverse manufacturing processes.

Significant experience in developing and delivering impactful quality training programs tailored to various skill levels and manufacturing specializations.

Proven experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, ideally within a manufacturing context.
