Telesales Specialist Night Shift
Hours: Monday to Friday | 1:00 AM 9:00 AM (SA Time)

Role Summary:
Are you a people-person with a knack for building great relationships over the phone / video calls? Do you thrive in a supportive, fun environment where cold calling is a thing of the past? Key Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
A business related tertiary qualification, preferred, but at very least Matric - Strong understanding of sales principles, and proven track record of 2 years relevant sales experience, with evidence of high-level sales performance
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple customer interactions efficiently, booking appointments, have meetings, follow up
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and sales support tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer sales.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a commitment to sales excellence.
- Reliable, Min 20MBP level internet is required plus a backup
- Dedicated worksafe, workspace
- Time and Productivity Software will need to be used and adhered to
- Secure On touch, login software will be used and adhered to
Preferred Skills:
- Proven sales experience in the Solar or similar industry, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organisation
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills with the ability to
prioritise and execute tasks - Working internationally or for an international company would be highly regarded
