REMOTE WORK FROM HOME!

Telesales Specialist Night Shift
Hours: Monday to Friday | 1:00 AM 9:00 AM (SA Time)

Role Summary:

Are you a people-person with a knack for building great relationships over the phone / video calls? Do you thrive in a supportive, fun environment where cold calling is a thing of the past? If you’re seeking a role that offers a great base and uncapped commissions, along with night shifts to fit in around your life and family commitments, then this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    A business related tertiary qualification, preferred, but at very least Matric
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, and proven track record of 2 years relevant sales experience, with evidence of high-level sales performance
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple customer interactions efficiently, booking appointments, have meetings, follow up
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and sales support tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer sales.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a commitment to sales excellence.
  • Reliable, Min 20MBP level internet is required plus a backup
  • Dedicated worksafe, workspace
  • Time and Productivity Software will need to be used and adhered to
  • Secure On touch, login software will be used and adhered to

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in the Solar or similar industry, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organisation
  • Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills with the ability to
    prioritise and execute tasks
