We are seeking a motivated and professional Teleseller Clerk with 1 to 3 years of experience in selling pharmaceutical products to join our team in Springfield, Durban. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Promote pharmaceutical products and provide accurate product information
• Process and capture customer orders
• Maintain updated customer records and call logs
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle product-related inquiries in a professional manner
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical telesales
• Must have a Matric certificate
• Solid knowledge of medicines and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
