Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities: General Office and Administrative Support Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls Welcome and assist guests, offering refreshments when required Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and records Monitor and manage office supply levels, reporting shortages promptly Perform general office tasks as assigned Warehouse and Assembly Assistance Process incoming orders promptly for packaging and shipment Assist in the assembly plant while maintaining accurate stock control Organize and maintain production and quality documentation Participate in stocktaking activities, including occasional Saturdays Complete spare parts training and develop the ability to identify and differentiate parts and pumps Logistics and Dispatch Arrange bookings for transporters and couriers, ensuring alignment with customer delivery requests Prepare and generate waybills for dispatched orders Accurately produce and print waybills and clearing instructions for shipments Select reliable and cost-effective courier services in line with customer and company needs Occasionally travel to other NETZSCH offices or entities for operational training purposes General Employment Obligations Apply full effort and commitment to all areas of the companys services Refrain from engaging in activities that compete with or fall under the companys services without written permission Avoid undertaking external remunerated work without prior authorization from the company Provide training to fellow staff members when required Carry out all assigned tasks and responsibilities diligently and to the best of your abilities Follow the instructions and directions of the company or its representatives Safeguard and responsibly use company assets entrusted to you Protect and promote the companys reputation, goodwill, and business interests Act with honesty, loyalty, and integrity in all dealings on behalf of the company Report any actions, omissions, or breaches (by yourself or others) that may negatively impact the company Data and Compliance Consent to the transfer of personal information (including special personal information) to associated companies or authorized third parties locally or internationally Acknowledge that employment may be terminated in cases of misrepresentation or proven incompetence Skills and Qualifications: 1 2 years working experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office Management Software Own Transport Interpersonal abilities Good communication skills
