About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Toyota Master Service Advisor to join our top Toyota dealership in Durban, working with customers to provide exceptional service and support for all their Toyota needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on Toyota products and services
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process sales and service transactions accurately and promptly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Toyota models, features, and services

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Motor Dealership as a Service Advisor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
