About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Attorney with a focus on Construction Law to join our team in Durbanville, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Litigation and be able to manage their own caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run own caseload across general litigation matters independently
- Advise clients on legal aspects with a focus on construction-related law and civil disputes
- Draft, prepare, and review legal documents and contracts relevant to construction and litigation
- Attend court, mediation, and arbitration sessions as required
- Maintain professional client relationships and support colleagues when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years’ post-admission experience
- Must be admitted as an Attorney in South Africa
- Proven ability to work independently and manage own matters with minimal supervision
- Prior exposure to or expertise in Construction Law will be highly regarded
- Reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
