Job Summary
Hire Resolve is currently working with a well-established Construction company in search of a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and implementing effective financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting within the construction industry, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support decision-making
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA(SA) Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled in Buildsmart and Pastel/Sage
