Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support decision-making
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CA(SA) Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Skilled in Buildsmart and Pastel/Sage
