Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Provide financial analysis and insight to support decision-making
Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CA(SA) Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
Proficiency in financial management software and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled in Buildsmart and Pastel/Sage
