Requirements: – Grade 12 (Matric) – High level of numeracy and literacy – Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role – Excellent interpersonal skills – Ability to read technical drawings – Strong communication skills – Knowledge of the building and construction industry – Contactable work references – RSA citizen with no criminal record – Strong work ethic and sober habits Key Responsibilities – Coordinate and lead team members in all daily installation activities – Perform problem-solving on site and ensure smooth project execution – Handle necessary administrative tasks – Enforce safety and housekeeping standards at all times – Coach and assist team members to ensure correct work practices – Manage time, schedules, and overall team commitment – Plan and organise labour, machinery, and resources – Read and interpret layout plans – Maintain strong organisational standards
