Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement health and safety policies on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits, reporting findings and recommending improvements.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, documenting reports and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to ensure safety compliance.
• Promote a positive safety culture, encouraging best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and accident prevention.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial site safety is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce safety policies effectively.
• Ability to train and educate teams on health and safety best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report-writing skills.
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
