Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Completed Matric Certificate 3 years in administration is required Valid code 08 drivers license is essential Applicants must be proficient in the use of MS Office; specifically Excel An enquiring mind with an interest in investigations Ability to communicate at various levels Ability to gather, interpret and evaluate documents Strong problem solving capabilities Able to maintain strict privacy and confidentiality requirements DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to; Maintain an updated understanding of fundamental company policies, labour law, compliance standards and relevant regulations Strong documentation skills for accurate record keeping Responsible for preparing files for evidence Compiling spreadsheets General support within the branch; including filing, scanning and copying of documents, as well as general housekeeping
