About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and office administration, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Office Supplies & Equipment
- Organize & Schedule Meetings
- Assist in the Preparation of Reports & Presentations
- Handle Basic Bookkeeping Tasks
- Coordinate with other Departments for Administrative support
- Document Control, Filing, Processing of Sales Documentation
- Manage lifecycle of Workshop Jobs by opening, updating, closing & Invoicing Jobs Cards
- Ensure Parts & Costs are Captured
- Maintain Health & Safety Compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Matric
- Computer Literacy
