Job Description
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control tests on raw material and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards, working closely with production staff to improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory test on clay and finished goods
- Monitor product quality and report any defects and inconsistencies
- Record and analyse test results accurately
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and cleanliness
- Communicate findings and inform production staff of any issues
Requirements
- Matric/ Grade 12 Certification
- Tertiary education (advantageous)
- 3 years’ experience in a laboratory and brick manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
