About the Role
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to build and manage their online presence. The main focus of this role will be to launch and manage an online store while driving brand awareness and sales through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the online store
- Upload products, pricing, images, and descriptions
- Manage online orders, customer queries, and stock updates
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Grow followers, engagement, and online sales
- Run promotions and paid advertising campaigns
- Monitor performance and provide feedback reports
