Job Specification
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage with top talent.
- CV Formatting: Prepare candidate CVs in a professional format according to our internal requirements.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Reference Checks: Conduct background and reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
- Client Liaison: Assist in understanding client needs and role requirements.
- Job Ad Creation: Draft and publish job advertisements on multiple platforms.
- Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Talent Pooling: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for future roles.
- New client development: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients
- Sales: Promote our recruitment services to potential clients and close new business opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment agency preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to work with recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoho).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Self-driven with a passion for helping people find their next opportunity.
- Target driven with the willingness to achieve more than just the expected.
