About the Role
The Service Manager position at Profile Personnel in East London is a permanent role that requires a strong operational background, logistics expertise, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing services within the Branch Asset Management, ensuring HACCP compliance, and overseeing various aspects of branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility of services within the Branch Asset Management
- Customer visits and liaison / problem solving and ensure HACCP compliance.
- Infield support to PCO’s in terms of HACCP clients and standards.
- Vehicle maintenance/servicing and check list
- Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages
- Management, oversight, and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with health & safety representative
- Adherence to and achieving stipulated key performance indicators in terms of use of handheld devices; providing services on time and sequencing of services followed
- Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals
- Order & control of stock and warehouse Stock management and control of contract consumables
- Staff management & training
- Attend meetings as required at customers sites
- Management and coordination of client safety files and safety files at client sites to keep them up to date and current.
- Manage employee medicals and inductions for specific sites where needed to keep these certifications current and up to date so that work can be conducted at these sites without interruption.
- Performance of reasonable tasks other than what is stated above
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Logistics or Operations Diploma
- 5 years in operations
- Code 08 Drivers Licence
- Clear criminal record
- Own Vehicle
