About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Fusion Personnel in East Rand. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing materials and equipment that meet technical and quality standards. Your expertise in procurement will also be crucial in ensuring BBBEE-compliant procurement and supplier development. With your strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, you will play a vital role in managing supplier performance and mitigating supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities
