About the Role
Datafin, a leading FinTech company in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Business Process and Automation Specialist to join their team in George. As one of South Africa’s fastest-growing FinTech brands, our client is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create seamless experiences and deliver meaningful results for their customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process enhancement or automation, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digitisation and scaling of operational processes and systems within the 5-Year Digital Transformation Roadmap
- Take ownership of identifying, analysing, and recommending scalable solutions while ensuring they align with long-term business objectives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for accelerating transformation efforts
Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in process enhancement or automation role
- Formal qualification in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
