About the Role
We are seeking a disciplined and results-oriented KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team at NATIONAL REPS (PTY) LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on growing and developing our Principal’s business in their respective and existing Customer Base, namely the FMCG Channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for Key Account Customers in the EC Region
- Develop existing relationships with Key Account Customers; andCreate new relationships with Key Account Customers at regional and national buying offices.
- Obtain new vendor listingsGrow ranging and increase store baseImplement Annual Price IncreaseCommunicate with regional customers DC’s replenishers and Channel Regional & Divisional ManagersMonthly SOH reviews with Logistic PartnersWeekly Trade Visits (Ensure Principal Product Standards are maintained)Assist sales & merchandising partners when necessary to resolve issues at store level
