Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
– Experience in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets
– Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
– Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
– Manage and lead the production operations
– Work closely with Operations Director having the ability to take instructions and produce results
– Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity targets
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans
– Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures
– Supervise and train production staff
– Maintain production records and reports
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
