Job Summary
Basic Salary Cell Allowance Car Allowance Petrol Allowance Purpose of the job: Responsible for the developing the knowledge and skills of company`s in store employees, ensuring that field staff can meet their business objectives, drive KPI performance and deliver quality services that meet customers needs and compliance requirements. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Valid South African license Minimum of 5 years experience within sales& merchandizing in store environment Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed Excellent coaching and training skills Previous experiences a team leader Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the group Ability to motivate employees to achieve compliance numbers Ability to manage the full in store training cycle, including conducting in person activities and using online communication platforms Ownership of a smart mobile phone (Non-negotiable) Competencies: Excellent communication skills written, verbal and telephonic (English) The capacity to listen attentively Present information in a clear manner and respond appropriately to the verbal and written communication of others. Excellent organizer and planer The capacity to break down a large task into sub tasks or sub goals to anticipate obstacles Ability to define tasks needed to accomplish goals and assign and coordinate people Strong and interpersonal skills and team player Diplomacy to manage professional relationships and help to mediate work conflicts Coaching and Mentor skills Knowledge and skill pertaining to Sales and Merchandising Reporting and communication skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook Relationship builder based on mutual trust and openness (clients& channels) Customer Service orientation to recognize and meet and needs of clients and customers Sellf management with the capacity to plan, manage ,monitor and evaluate own work flow within agreed time frames.
