About the Role

Eden, a leading company in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Debtors Clerk to join their team. As a key member of the accounts receivable department, you will be responsible for managing debtors, billing and invoicing, statements, collections, and follow-up on outstanding payments. You will also assist with account queries and provide excellent communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Debtors: Billing and invoices Statements Collecting payments Following up on outstanding money Assisting with account queries
Creditors: Batching supplier invoices Recons Data capturing Office admin Email correspondence

Requirements

Grade 12
Previous experience in Debtors, Creditors, and data capturing
Must be good with figures and be accurate
Must be a confident person
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
Efficient and have good time management skills
Contactable references

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification is a big plus
