About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality Sales Executive to join our team on the Garden Route region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and targeting potential business opportunities
- Conducting sales calls, site inspections, and presentations
- Maintaining and growing existing client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups
- Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with clients to secure bookings and ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborating with the events team to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Tracking and reporting sales performance metrics, including revenue, bookings, and conversion rates
Requirements
- Minimum 5-year Hotel Sales experience in Hospitality Industry
- Proven track record of sales success
- SA Citizens with Clear Credit & Criminal Record
- SA Matric
- Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence
