About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Centre Consultant to join our team in Edenvale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle great volume of outbound and inbound calls related to customer care
- Facilitate the complete customer care process until resolution
- Assist and resolve all customer complaints and queries received timeously
- Maintain a high level of telephone etiquette at all times
- Ensure a high standard of detailed information regarding customer care complaints and queries received with escalation follow-ups to relevant Departmental Heads
- Liaise with specialists in situations where specialized information is required to assist customers
- Conduct cold calling for lead generation
- Provide required management reports
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Completed Tertiary qualification certificate/diploma/degree (advantageous)
- 2-3 years Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre or Customer facing environment
- Highly proficient in MS office package
- System knowledge of CMS or similar motor vehicle/customer case management systems (advantageous)
- 2 years experience in the Motor industry at Dealership level (preferred)
- Excellent customer engagement/relation skills and ability to handle high customer call volumes
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
