- Relevant qualification in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration or Marketing is beneficial

Duties and responsibilities:
- Set and revise inventory and financial parameters, including budgets for sales, margin and OTB.
- Capture market and store trends and work closely with the Buying Team to drive a compelling assortment for our Retail doors to maximize.
- Analyze product performance and identify seasonal non-selling items to load on markdown system using Dolphin system.
- Always make sure that the stores are fully stocked on new items and always have the correct size curves.
- Plan product consolidations to move stock between stores.
- Set up and monitor weekly sales category report to identify progress of each category as well as making sure that stock is still in-line.
- Re-trend sales forecast for in-season based on current sales trend in store.
- Work closely with Buying and Marketing Team to identify slow selling lines and overstocked categories to push promotion activity to maximize sales.
- Present bi-weekly style card product performance to identify best-selling styles and poor sellers in-season.
- Allocate stock in time to the correct stores and allow smooth transitioning between campaigns, flows and seasons.
- Constant monitoring and evaluation of stores and stock performance in line with allocation strategies.
- Set up post-seasonal reports to report on past season performance, sales vs stock, full price items vs markdowns by category.
- Liaise with Buying Team on product performance and make sure that stock is still on time / react to stock when needed.
