Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Advisor to join our team in Edenvale. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial law expertise, excellent contractual drafting skills, and a solid understanding of South African commercial law and international legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide independent contractual drafting services
- Conduct legal risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance programs
Requirements
- LLB Degree
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court
- Minimum 5 years’ post-admission legal experience
- Strong commercial law background
- Independent contractual drafting skills
- Solid knowledge of South African commercial law
- Exposure to international legal frameworks
Qualifications
- Formal education in Law (LLB degree)
