Job Description

Overall Role: We are seeking a skilled Specialist Technician Service Diagnostic to join our team and provide technical support and assistance to customers in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
