About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Ekurhuleni. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships within their assigned territory. With a strong background in customer service and technical sales, this role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Promote and sell aftermarket service products (repairs, service plans, overhauls, audits, and advanced services)
  • Grow service contract penetration and increase serviced equipment relative to installed base
  • Prospect for new business and expand the customer base within the assigned area
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, opportunities, and orders
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM (C4C)
  • Prepare and submit sales performance and customer feedback reports

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Technical or Sales & Marketing qualification (advantageous)
