About the Role
Emalahleni EC: Administrator – Join our team at Mastermind Contractors as an Administrator, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Provide administrative support to project teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements and other logistical tasks
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration or relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Pay attention to detail
- Good computer skills
