About the Role
Emalahleni EC: Administrator position is available at Mastermind Contractors, where you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration or relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Pay attention to detail
- Good computer skills
