Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Engineering Foreman to join our client`s coal mining operations. As the Engineering Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of engineers and technicians.

• Ensure compliance within the mining electrical reticulation network and supporting electrical systems
• Ensure optimal TMM utilisation & availability
• Ensure compliance to Safety and Quality policies, procedures, and standards
• Shift line-up and hand-over
• Technical supervision
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for mining equipment and machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Manage and oversee the work of engineering staff and contractors
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team
