About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Property Sales Executive to drive corporate, government, group, and conferencing revenue across our Umhlanga portfolio. As a key representative of Premier Hotels & Resorts Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve room night and conferencing revenue targets for both properties
- Manage and grow top accounts, ensuring strong client relationships
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in KZN coastal and feeder markets
- Collaborate with Banqueting, Reservations, and National Sales teams
- Maintain Salesforce CRM compliance and accurate reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and TMC bookings
Requirements
- Relevant Hospitality/Sales qualification preferred
- 2 years hotel sales experience advantageous
- Proven track record in revenue achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence
