About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our client’s team in Ballito, Durban. The new store is set to open in August 2019 and we require a reliable and honest individual to manage the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise retail staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage store inventory and maintain stock levels
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Essential: 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to work retail hours
  • Clear credit profile
  • Clear criminal profile
