Our client is seeking an experienced Revit Modeller to join their team in either their Cape Town or Durban office. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed 3D models, supporting design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Revit 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects Produce detailed drawings, plans, and schedules from Revit models Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy Maintain model integrity and compliance with project standards and best practices Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary design information Support project teams throughout design and construction phases Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Revit Modeller Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
