About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our regional sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening key customer relationships within the FMCG retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities across wholesale and retail channels
- Oversee team performance, set targets, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Ensure alignment with internal processes and support efficient order fulfilment
- Provide accurate sales reporting through effective use of CRM systems
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the FMCG retail industry
