Position: Warehouse Dispatch Supervisor Location: Springfield, Durban Overview: Fashion textiles compant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the dispatching operations in their warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing orders are accurate, efficiently processed, and delivered on time to customers. Key Responsibilities: – Manage a team of dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner – Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics companies to schedule pickups and deliveries – Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled – Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness – Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders and communicate with customers as needed – Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels – Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment Requirements: Experience with SWIFT ERP, SYNC, or similar systems Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution Knowledge of stock control and dispatch. Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail for accurate stock and record management Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Proven supervisory experience and strong leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
