Job Summary

Qualification and Experience

MBO level of education
3 years relevant administrative work experience in air and sea freight;
Proactive, analytical, punctual, and accurate;
Strong communication and social skills;
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
In possession of a driver’s license and own transport is an advantage;
Experience with the Cargowise software package is an advantage;

Job Responsibilities

Check, record, and process invoices;
Manage accounts receivable and, if necessary, call customers when payments are overdue;
Manage accounts payable, including maintaining contact and making payments;
Coordinate, check, and assist with various internal quality processes;
Provide support during colleagues’ absence;
Play a key role in automation and process improvements;

Employment Conditions and requirements

A market-related salary based on skill, level and experience;
A certificate of good conduct (VOG) required by candidate
