About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our e-commerce strategy, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels across multiple marketplaces, including Shopify, Amazon, and others. Your expertise will help drive revenue growth and improve customer experience through collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online sales channels across multiple marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience and revenue growth
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance and inform data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to drive sales and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate remotely
