Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are kept informed on the status of their incidents and service requests at all times.
- Record and manage reported incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Provide first and second-line support, analyze issues, and resolve incidents.
- Resolve incidents using workarounds, escalate when necessary, and close resolved issues.
- Ensure solutions meet client expectations and confirm closure of service requests.
- Issue hardware and install necessary software when required.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Minimum MBO 4 (system management/service desk/ICT management)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Desired:
- Microsoft certifications
- ITIL Foundations certification
