Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Chef to join a dynamic hospitality team. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a lodge or upscale hospitality environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full culinary operation of the property
  • Design and execute creative and seasonal menus
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team effectively
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Monitor food cost, stock levels, and inventory control
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence
  • Foster creativity, innovation, and strong leadership within the team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Formal culinary training with relevant qualifications (e.g., diploma or degree in culinary arts)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a 4/5-star lodge, hotel, or resort
  • Comprehensive understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and modern food trends
  • Demonstrated ability in menu planning, stock control, and kitchen team management
