FMCG / AGRI/ MILL Internal Sales Manager, Frankfort Free State, Rneg + Ben

• 3 years experience in a sales/internal sales management
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors advantageous
• knowledge of ERP systems as well as
• Microsoft Excel
• manage cross-functional processes and reporting

Duties :

• Maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Managing internal sales operations
• Identifying growth opportunities and working closely with external sales teams.
• Supporting business strategy with clear communication
• Manage invoicing, returns, and stock transfers
• Maintain FIFO stock system and pricing accuracy
• Manage dispatch teams and pallet control process
• Implement and monitor the “20 Keys” continuous improvement system
• Approve and monitor purchase and sales orders
• Monitor and guide clients on credit limits
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Stay updated on technologies, products, and industry practices
