Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and professional Chef de Partie to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role provides the opportunity to work in a high-end, open-plan kitchen environment with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and culinary excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in professional kitchens

• Formal culinary training

• Open-minded and adaptable approach

• Understanding of traditional kitchen hierarchy must follow instructions from the Head Chef

• Respectful and professional in an open-plan kitchen environment

• Presentable appearance

Salary:

• R10,000 R12,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
