Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented & analytical Cost Accountant to join a dynamic business based in the Winelands. If you have a strong background in cost & management accounting and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you! Minimum Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in cost & management accounting (analysis & reporting) BCom degree or equivalent (progress towards CIMA qualification advantageous) ️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems (BOM & business intelligence software beneficial) FMCG or production environment experience preferred Strong communication & collaboration skills across teams & departments ⏳ Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks ✔ Meticulous work ethic with a high level of accuracy ️ Fluent in Afrikaans & English Key Responsibilities: Manage product costing & inventory reporting – analyse variances & actual costs vs estimates Prepare cost estimates & quotes for new products, customers & product changes Update BOMs as required Assist with stock counts & inventory management Load cost estimates/quotes into relevant systems Assist with reconciliations & schedules Maintain accurate product costing records (old & new products) Provide audit support & continuous reporting Package & Benefits: ✔ Competitive salary ✔ Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, analytical environment ✔ Career growth & development opportunities Apply Today!
