The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of lodge presentation and guest services, ensuring that the property maintains its expected 5-star standards at all times. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in mentoring staff, perfecting detail, and delivering exceptional hospitality. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a commitment to a high level of service. Key Requirements: Preferably a retired or senior individual with extensive experience in luxury hospitality. Proven ability to select; train, and supervise housekeeping staff . Strong knowledge of 5-star service standards and the ability to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Excellent organisational, communication, and guest-relations skills.
