Night Auditor | Luxury Wine Estate | Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek . This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious property where you will contribute to maintaining exceptional standards and ensuring seamless overnight operations and guest experiences. Requirements: Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a Front Office role within a luxury hospitality environment Strong administrative and numerical skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Key Responsibilities: Manage late check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for management Balance and verify front office accounts, charges, and payments Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally Liaise with other departments to ensure all guest and operational needs are met Monitor the propertys security and safety during night hours Complete nightly audits, including room and revenue checks Prepare handovers for the morning shift to ensure continuity of service Package: Salary: R12,000 R15,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live Out 50% Medical Aid contribution 3% Provident Fund contribution Annual increases and performance-related bonuses Meal allowance of R25 per shift Subsidised staff transport available on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch, and Wellington routes To apply for the Night Auditor position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements for the position will be contacted.
