Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Night Duty Manager for a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property where you will oversee the guest experience during night hours, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and calm across the lodge.

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality management or guest services, ideally within a luxury or boutique setting

• Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to respond to guests with calm and sensitivity

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently, maintain vigilance, and make considered decisions during night hours

• Professional, discreet, and guest-focused approach with a calm, grounded presence

Package:

• Salary: R20,000 per month

• Live-out position
