An exciting opportunity is available for a Shift Wheat Miller within a reputable FMCG environment in the Free State. This position involves managing, handling, and storing grain to ensure a high-quality end product, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and food legislation, and contributing to sustainable operational and financial results. Key responsibilities include daily reconsolidation of raw materials into finished products, performing regular equipment checks with the maintenance team, managing personnel, ensuring production goals are met, overseeing quality control, maintaining good housekeeping standards, and adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations. Applicants should be a qualified Wheat Miller with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and a willingness to work shifts.
