Job Description
Our client, based in Pomona, is looking for a friendly and organized Admin Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Manage correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling and office coordination
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Computer literate (MS Office proficiency preferred)
- Previous administrative or reception experience is an advantage
