• Knowledge of steering applications, Confluence/JIRA

• Facilitating Agile Practices: Ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, facilitating meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Transition management: Steering and leading SPDO transitions.
• Supporting the Team: Assisting the team in removing impediments to progress, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring effective communication.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, helping the team to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Help maintain team focus, ensure smooth processes, and enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange among team members.

• Leadership: Ability to lead by example, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve their best work
• Conflict Resolution: Skills to mediate disputes and resolve conflicts within the team efficiently and fairly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years’ experience in IT industry
• Experience in the automotive industry advantageous
• Agile Master certification would be advantageous.
