About the Role
The Billing Administrator role at Fidelity Services Group is a key position that ensures accurate and timely invoices are raised in SAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices daily/weekly/monthly, identifying simplification/automation opportunities, and preparing billing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices daily/weekly/monthly
- Proactive identification of simplification/automation opportunities
- Process credit memos
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects where necessary
- Preparation of Billing reports
Requirements
- Minimum Matric Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of billing experience essential
- Resides in or around the Boksburg/Benoni area
- Administrative/Secretarial Post School Qualification advantageous
- At least 3-5 Years experience as an Administrator reporting to Senior Management
- Ability to work extended hours as and when required
- Clear criminal record and no pending cases
- Advanced Excel, MS Word and Power Point proficiency
- Knowledge of the SAP and ePayroll systems are beneficial
