• Medium-level skill with proven blockman experience
• Candidates who have progressed through hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
• Solid knowledge of meat preparation, cutting techniques, and handling
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

• Cut, prepare, and portion meat according to specifications
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Minimize waste and maintain clean work areas
